Participants will share experiences, ideas, and resources, offer one another support, listen, and ask thoughtful questions. Sonal Aggarwal is a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE), MACTE-certified Montessori educator, and B.A. B.Ed. graduate with over 10 years of experience in early childhood education across India and Canada. She is passionate about infant and toddler development, responsive caregiving, and creating nurturing, child-centred learning environments. She also brings experience in mentoring educators, curriculum planning, and supporting reflective practice within early years settings.
