Join Naomi Tessler–Expressive Arts Therapist, Facilitator and Playwright and Composer of CAMP, for an expressive arts therapy workshop to connect to ancestral wisdom and heal ancestral wounds, guided by the process Naomi used to create CAMP. Our ancestral lineages carry so much grief, loss, trauma alongside joy, love and resilience. In this 5 workshop we will honour our ancestors and tell their stories. We will practice tending to the grief we have inherited, and tune into the gifts that have been passed on, so we can carry them forward. We will channel and sing the songs and prayers of our ancestors, we will hold their lived experiences with the deepest of care and be in ritual to receive and share their teachings. We will dance on behalf of their lives, what they lost, what we are carrying, and release that which no longer serves us, our families and communities. We will explore with all our senses through the modalities of singing, movement, meditation, journalling, painting, poetry, ritual and circling together by the fire. All are Welcome!
