Wheelchair accessible seating is available for all games and events on a first come, first served basis. The location of these seats varies by event. For accessible and limited mobility seating availability, please call the Box Office. Companion seating is also available, and there is a limit of one companion per accessible seat.
Re-entry is not permitted. This may change per event at the discretion of Peterborough Memorial Centre staff. To ensure everyone's safety, all persons entering the Peterborough Memorial Centre are subject to a search. This can include pat downs, bag searches, and/or wand checks. All pat downs are performed by trained security personnel. For a list of prohibited items, see our Venue Policies & Procedures page. The Peterborough Memorial Centre has a strict no outside food and beverage policy. Tickets are final sale, with no refunds or exchanges available. If an event is cancelled, the full value of the tickets will be refunded. Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment only, to the customer who purchased the ticket only. Cash payments will be refunded by direct deposit.
