All performance halls are equipped with accessible seating. All accessible seating is available through Ticketmaster or the Ticket Office. Accessible seats are in Sections Orchestra Box Left and Right, Orchestra Row T, Dress Circle Left and Right Row F. Should you require an assisted listening device, please contact Event Services prior to attending the event. Hearing Assistance Devices (Assisted Listening Devices) are available free of charge, although a credit card number or photo identification will be required as a deposit. Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.
