Seating is guaranteed to advance ticket holders until 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of a screening. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the theatre staff. There will be no further admittance 10 minutes after the start of the screening.

Wheelchair and Companion seating is configured with a 1 to 1 arrangement. Companion seats are provided beside the wheelchair space, additional companion seats may be purchased nearby. If a person requires companion seating, accessible seating and/or a mobility device, they are asked to please call the TIFF Box Office in advance of their screening at 416-599-2033 or 1-888-258-8433. Passenger drop off is possible in the theatre with curb ramps outside the venue with a step-free, wheelchair accessible entrance. Elevators are located to the right (south) of the up escalator. If a person is unable to wait in the queue due to a disability, a Lobby Pass may be requested at the Box Office, which grants you access to our designated waiting area. We encourage patrons to call the Box Office in advance to request a Lobby Pass. Space is limited.
