Part of the Aki no Tabi event at the JCCC! More on Aki no Tabi In this cozy, beginner-friendly class, you'll learn the basics of crochet through small group and one-on-one guidance to create your very own raccoon or fox! Open to all skill levels, this workshop welcomes newcomers and experienced crocheters alike. Participants will take home not only a finished amigurumi friend, but also a small beginner kit to help kickstart their crochet journey. Please purchase an experienced ticket if: you know the basics of crocheting, including but not limited to knowing how to do single crochets, increases, decreases, and are generally familiar with reading a pattern. Participants who register for an experienced slot but are not actually experienced crocheters may not receive the help they require during the class, so please ensure you are registered under the correct ticket. Artist Bio Angela is a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist who teaches Inclusive Art and Crochet to kids and adults in the KW Region. On the side she runs her small business "So Craftful" where she sells cute crochet creations she makes in her free time at local fairs, markets and cons.
